The triple wave offers extreme flexibility for batteries and charging. It features a built in USBC charger right in the flashlight. It also comes with 3d printed sleeves to accommodate a multitude of battery sizes including 32650, 26650, 21700, and 18650! So all of your 18650 batteries from your other Yooperlites.com flashlights will work with the Triple Wave.

Likes: ONE light that has three different wavelength capabilities.
Improvements: Can you incorporate a built in fan to cool this light while it is being used?
Great light - three most used wavelengths all in one package

Great light with the three most used wavelengths for UV searching. My ONLY complaint is that it does overheat with prolonged use of all there wavelengths. I now use it as a secondary light to my 365nm searching and have no concerns. If you are buying this to use for more than an hour of continuous exploration - consider using only one wavelength at a time or buying a single wavelength light as your main "exploration light" with use of this once material has been collected.

This triplewave UV light is fantastic! I have had fun looking through my rock and mineral collection and discovering them for the first time, again. I only wish the shortwave was just a little stronger such that it was equally as bright as the midwave. My only regret is not buying a second one on Black Friday!

Game Changer

Bought this for an elementary school presentation as I had a rock that I knew had some fluorescence. Tried it on other rocks and was surprised I had so many more to show at multiple wavelengths. The kids loved them. Ended up ordering the Aurora and scheduled a trip with Eric this year.

Likes: Different wavelengths in one light, game changer!
Improvements: Battery life is short with shortwave. Understandable, but need to bring back-ups.
Awesome UV light!

Bought this at the MSMG annual rock show. Great to meet you and hear about this new light. I used it in a small mineral collection. Seeing new colors with the mid and shortwave settings that were not visible with long wave. Very exciting broadening of the UV light experience on minerals. Wonderful product.
