About this experience

A Superior expedition along the Upper Peninsula's shores of Lake Superior await you! Erik Rintamaki is offering a very limited number of guided tours during the month of July.

In addition to the tour you'll get your very own Yooperlite UV light and accessories, UV glasses, 3 small Yooperlites along with a signed article from the Mineral News (a $75 value!) to keep. Not only is there a very good chance you'll find a Yooperlite of your own, you'll also have memories to last a lifetime.

Location description

Meet at gas station in Paradise, MI at 9pm. The approximately 2 hour guided tour may run longer in order to take advantage of the darkness to find Yooperlites.

There may be up to a 7-20 mile drive from our meeting point at the gas station in Paradise, MI, depending on road conditions and weather. Disclaimer: You must be physically capable & able to walk on uneven terrain. There is very limited cell phone service along Lake Superior.

Proper footwear (hiking or muck boots)
A light rain jacket
